A space needs to have function, yes, but I truly believe not just the look makes or breaks it. If someone doesn't feel a good enough vibe from walking into a home, they most certainly aren't going to buy it....they might not even take a look at the entire place. 

When I get into a room, I literally get excited! My eye starts to wander and I can't stop checking stuff out. I get right into it. That is how I know that I am doing what I am here to do. I love what I do for a living. I am a Property Stylist, and I don't just want to create a space for you that looks fabulous, I want you to literally feel the change, new beginnings, and a new steady flow of positive energy within the entire space.

So what exactly do I specialize in?  Understanding the targeted buyer desires, then working with color, style and placement, in order to emotionally rev up the buyer with enthusiasm that they absolutely want to live in that space!!!

I just love the feeling I get when I walk into an inviting, warm, and energetic space. It makes me smile, and that's how it should be right?  Walking into a space that is cold, and not so inviting, drags people down.

If there is a good open flowing feeling throughout each entire room, you allow for more positive energy to flow all around you.
